TERRIBLE--AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I didn't quite get why this was the only company that required a deposit at the time of booking the transport, but I certainly understand the gig now. I am going to spare everyone the extraneous details--long story made short--it took nearly a month to get my vehicle. When they finally contacted me about a delivery date, they told me about all the added charges that my credit card would be billed if that time and date didn't suit me. NOTE--this delivery occurred almost a month after the promised date. When I tried to get reimbursed for the rental car I had to rent, they laughed. Information that they told me during the month was innaccurate. (I remembered the name of the pick-up company and contacted the workers who towed the car to the depot where Philips took over. They corrected alot of the lies.) The car arrived very smelly. I put it together that they must be shipping the cars on a livestock train and not by trailer. Michelle was very unprofessional (to say the least). She had a foul mouth from the beginning. I can't believe that this company is in business. AVOID USING THEM--PAY MORE AND USE A DECENT COMPANY!!!
